The GeoPOP3 project was a four-year project (2012-2016) led and managed by Durham University. GeoPOP3 was funded by BG Group, BP, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, DONG Energy, E.ON Ruhrgas, ENI, Petrobras, Petronas, Statoil, Total and Tullow Oil.
GeoPOP4 bulids upon phase three and is for three-years in duration from 2020-2023. It is led by Durham University but also working closely with colleagues at the University of Newcastle. GeoPOP4 is funded by Petrobras and BP.
